Resman Post

1 What Resman Post does

Resman Post is part of Resman. A business connects its social accounts once. After that, you write a post, pick the accounts it should go to, and publish it now or at a time you choose.

• Posts can be text, photos or videos. Each platform keeps its own options, like a title on YouTube or who can see a post on TikTok.
• A calendar shows what is scheduled, and the Posts page shows where each post went and whether it published.
• Your AI assistant, such as Claude, can post for you through an API key or MCP. It uses the same connected accounts and the same rules as you.

2 How accounts are connected

Each business connects its own accounts by logging in on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. That platform then asks which Pages or accounts to share with Resman Post. We never see your social media passwords.

Inside a business, only people the owner allows can connect accounts, create API keys or publish.

3 Your data

We only publish what you write or schedule. To do that, we keep each connected account's name and picture, an encrypted access token, and the posts and media you send through Resman Post.

We don't sell or share your data. Your posts go only to the accounts you picked.

You can disconnect an account at any time from the Accounts page in Resman Post, and we delete its access token straight away. You can also remove Resman Post in that platform's own settings, which cuts our access from their side. How data deletion works.
