You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; paid features stay available until the end of the current billing period.
If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after we received a cancellation, email [email protected] with the Paystack transaction reference. We refund confirmed duplicates in full. Processing can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If the core Service is unavailable for more than 30 consecutive days because of a failure within our reasonable control (not your internet, not Paystack, not Hostinger, not a force-majeure event — see the Terms of Service for the full exclusion list), you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund of the unused remainder of the then-current billing period.
If you have a billing concern, contact [email protected] first. Raising a chargeback with your bank or Paystack before contacting us will result in immediate account suspension and loss of data access. If the chargeback is later ruled unwarranted, we will recover the chargeback cost plus any administrative fees from your account.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 (FCCPA) or any other non-waivable consumer-protection law.
