Office hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 West Africa Time. We monitor billing and account-access tickets outside of those hours.
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link. If your email account no longer works, write to [email protected] from another address you can prove you own.
Codes can take up to two minutes. Check your spam folder. Tap Resend code on the verification screen if needed. After three failed sends, reach out to support.
Open the Resman app or web app, tap your avatar, choose Profile, scroll to Delete account, and follow the prompts. Deletion is permanent and signs you out of every device.
Go to Settings → Subscription in the web app to add or remove a Paystack card. Mobile users can do the same flow inside the app — the screens are identical.
From Settings → Subscription, tap Cancel. Cancellation stops future charges. Your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. See our No-Refund Policy for partial-period rules.
Email [email protected] with the Paystack transaction reference. We refund confirmed duplicates within 10 business days.
Your device can't reach app.resman.ng. Check your network connection, then tap Retry. If the issue persists on Wi-Fi but works on cellular (or vice versa), your router may be blocking us — try a different network or contact your IT.
Make sure you ticked Keep me signed in when signing in. If you have it enabled and still get logged out, write to support — we'll check our auth logs.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Resman, and make sure notifications are allowed. Inside the app, go to Settings → Notifications and confirm the channels you want (orders, payments, low stock) are switched on.
