Do I need a card to try it?
No. You get 14 days free with every feature open. We do not ask for a card to start, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.
How do I pay?
You pay on the website with Paystack: debit card, bank transfer, USSD, or a direct bank debit. You can pay monthly, every 3 months (5% off), or yearly (pay for 10 months, get 12). You cannot pay inside the phone apps. Apple and Google do not allow it.
What if I miss a payment?
We email you a payment link and the branch keeps working for 3 more days. If it is still not paid after that, the branch pauses until you pay. Your data is never deleted while it is paused.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Settings → Subscription. The branch keeps working until the date you already paid for. There is no refund for the unused part, and if you add the same branch back inside that period you are not charged again.
Is there an Android app?
Yes. Get it on Google Play. The iPhone app is on the App Store.
What happens when the network is bad?
Resman needs internet to save your sales, so a phone with data or a small router is enough. It is light and works on a slow connection. When the network drops, wait for the bars to come back and try again. Nothing is lost.
Is my data safe?
Your data is yours. It is stored on secure servers, backed up regularly, and you can export it any time. Each staff member only sees what you allow. Read the Privacy Policy.
Can Resman post to my social media?
Yes, with Resman Post. Connect your own Facebook Pages, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, then publish or schedule posts from Resman or from your AI assistant.
